Learning at the live shop

Some time ago we operated the online shop for “I’m THINKING”. Healthmedia 21 GmbH was the owner of the shop & a long-standing customer of ours, whom we supported with the implementation of the shop system with our know-how. The division of the company and the associated personnel changes in the shop’s management created a vacancy that we took on. Since then, we have successfully managed all business processes until the shop was closed in February 2019: from ordering goods to sales to marketing and customer service.
