The aim of the project was to optimize the WP C-FILMS theme including a WordPress update as part of a relaunch.

The following topics should be taken into account:

• Setting up a job section for vacancies
• Project page extension for “Making of” section
• Facebook feeder design and implementation

Umsetzung

First we carried out the installation including all plugins and WordPress update to 3.9.2 on our development server. The update from WordPress 3.5.2 to 3.9.2 did not bring anything
major changes and therefore did not cause any compatibility problems.

For job advertisements and media pages, we created a new template and adjusted the style sheet so that the layout and design corresponded to the CI.

After some general styling optimizations, extensive testing was carried out by us and C-Films. When there were no more errors to correct, we then went live on the website.
